How do we sell?

The e-sales is managed in 5 stages.

Stage 1. Order creation.

Products which you wish to order are selected just like In any Internet shop - by adding them to the cart. You can add a product to the order, change the number of pieces, delete selected products or resign from making a purchase.

Stage 2. Customer personal data.

In order to finalise a transaction you need to provide the delivery address, phone number and e-mail address. After the order is executed we do not collect, process or transfer any data provided. Only the data for the Invoice are being kept.

Stage 3. Order Confirmation.

Order confirmation is provided as an attachment to the e-mail in PDF format. You should check the details of the confirmation, because it is the only basis for us to prepare and dispatch the ordered products. At this stage you can still change or cancel your order.

Stage 4. Payment transfer.

Your order is executed only after the payment is transferred in full.
The payment in GBP can be made by PayPal.

Stage 5. Products delivery.

The products are delivered with UPS Courier. The delivery address, contact phone and customer's e-mail address are entered into the UPS delivery system. Thanks to this you are able to trace your parcel from the moment it is dispatched.
