ASSEMBLY METHOD 1

Assemble instruction Folding doors do not take up much space and are easy to assemble.

Here is method 1 - installation in the "light of the door frame" or in an opening without a door frame.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Some parts will need to be trimmed during installation to better fit the door frame.
  • The upper and lower rails must be parallel, one below the other.
  • The upper rail must be screwed carefully so as not to damage the sliding surface.
  • Before tightening the screws, the slats should be drilled with a thin drill bit to prevent them from breaking. Also drill under the screw heads - with a coarse drill bit, on the left-hand side.
  • The correct positioning of the side rail is very important. If the side rail is moved too far in the "room-to-room" direction, the door will jam (point 7).
  • Before assembly, the door leaf must be cut to size according to the height of the entrance CUTTING INSTRUCTION or have us do so when ordering the door.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. DRIVE the BOLTS into the holes drilled in the lower, caulked part of the door. When hammered in, they should protrude approximately 10mm.
  2. DRIVE the BOLTS into the holes drilled in the lower, caulked part of the door. When hammered in, they should protrude approximately 10mm.
  3. SCREW ON THE UPPER GUIDE. The guide consists of three parts - PVC+Alu+wood.
  4. FIT THE THRESHOLD It has to lie exactly under the guide rail.
  5. unscrew the top guide (screw, unscrew, screw - it's easier the first time).
  6. Slip the rail onto the hangers and RE-FIX the whole rail, already with the door, into place.

  7. Swing the door down and insert the bottom guide pins into the groove in the threshold. SCREW THE THRESHOLD

  8. MOUNT THE SIDE DOOR SLAT into the door frames Position the side door slat so that the center of the first strip is in the axis of the rails.

  9. SCREW THE SIDE CHANNEL The magnets in the channel and in the guide bar must be at the same height.
  10. Lightly LUBRICATE inside the rail with silicon grease.
  11. MOUNT THE HANDLINGS Determine the height of the handle experimentally by closing and opening the door.
